Adam came to the region in 2011 as a Teach For America Corps Member. Since then, he has been dedicated to educational equity in the region. He has a passion for designing and building programs in education that transform the experiences of young people and help them realize their limitless potential. Adam received his B.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University and his M.Ed. from UMSL with a focus in Secondary Education and Curriculum Design. He currently does Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion research at Washington University and serves on the Board of Education.

Tila is an avid writer and poet. She is also dedicated to community leadership, serving on other boards nationwide. She currently works for Washington University in the Center for Humanities on the Divided City Initiative.
Sarita is the proud founder and owner of Feeling Moody. She is the brain behind the successful Black Owned Black Friday (BOBF) event. Sarita currently works for the Regional Business Council as the Coordinator of Social Venture Partners.
Mike is a write and published author, successfully bringing together creative works of many of St. Louis' great talents. Mike is the co-founder and Executive Director of Dream Builders 4 Equity.
